Beginner Hula Hoop Dance
Join our very on Aerial Moon member Sara Camacho and learn how to shake your hips like they don't lie! This is for ANYONE who wants to burn calories, strengthen their core, and get their heart pumping all while having a blast!
Here is what Sara says to expect:
This beginner hoop dance class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of how to flow with a hula hoop. We'll cover both on-body and of-body tricks, building a solid foundation for your hoop dance journey.
Here's what we'll cover:
*On-Body Basics: Hula hooping on your waist, bringing a hoop overhead into a lasso, knee hooping and more!
*Off-Body Tricks: Learn exciting of-body moves like isolations, folds, weaves, palm spins, and jump throw moves.
*Flow Combinations: We'll put our moves into a short dance flow so you can express yourself through movement.
*Free Flow Hooping: If time allows, we'll end the lesson with some free flow to explore your newfound skills!
Let's get ready to hoop!
We will supply all the hula hoops necessary, but if you have your own, feel free to bring 'em on in!
Aerial Boudoir Photoshoot
Have you ever wanted to do a boudoir photo shoot but been limited by the cost or nervous because you don’t know who to trust?
We have professional boudoir photographer: Boudoir by Kaheala lined up to come and do mini boudoir shoot in the silks!
Join @boudoir_by_Kaheala as she captures your most captivating angles while you pose effortlessly suspended in our luxurious silks.
In these sessions, sensuality isn’t posed so much as it’s discovered. The lines your body makes becomes an art form. With your arms extended, legs entwined, and back arched, you are suspended in weightless grace.
The camera will capture not just your beauty, it will immortalize your femininity, strength, and power. Having unapologetic ownership of your body’s strength is the heart of feminine empowerment. Feel bold, sensual, and completely free!
Bring any outfit/lingerie that makes you feel sexy, confident, strong and empowered. Then spend 30 minutes in the silk being guided by the photographer to capture your best shots and poses.
After the shoot you can choose 2-5 digital images you love to keep for yourself or just in time to gift that special someone for Valentines Day ;-)
Option to hire a professional makeup artist for extra cost. ($100-$150)
Valentines Duo/Partner Aerial
💕Grab your partner or bestie and join Kelly and Katie for an evening full of aerial tricks, laughter, fun and love! You will learn lots of fun partners poses in the silks and have epic photo ops.🌹
It will be helpful if at least one partner has aerial experience. Although not required it is strongly encouraged!
Soloists are welcome! You will just be partnered up with other soloists!

Valentines Day Community Connection
💕Join us this Valentine’s Day for an evening dedicated to universal love, connection, and community. This celebration is designed for those who wish to honor love in all its beautiful expressions—beyond romance.
Event begins with a 20-minute guided meditation focused on opening the heart space and embracing cosmic love. Followed by an intention jar-making circle and a group wellness craft activity, fostering mindfulness and shared joy.
Enjoy music, light refreshments, and meaningful community time as we gather to celebrate belonging, compassion, and the power of love that unites us all.
Come as you are—unpartnered or with friends; simply seeking connection—and join us in honoring the many ways love shows up in our lives.

Foundations of Aerial Series (4 weeks)
Take to the skies and transform your fitness with our 'Foundations of Aerial' yoga class!
This 4-week Foundational Aerial Yoga class series is the perfect way to try Aerial Yoga. Whether you are a complete beginners or looking to refresh your skills, this class series will teach you the basics of Aerial Yoga in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. This class class series moves in a sequential manner - starting with the most basic then moving into more challenging poses over the course of the four weeks. By the end of the course, you will understand safety precautions, inverting and climbing techniques, and many foundational Aerial Yoga postures.
Anyone who is enrolled in the Foundations course will receive a complimentary unlimited monthly membership during the foundations month/in tandem. The pass can be used for any beginner friendly classes at the studio. You will also receive a 10% discount off the first month of any auto-pay memberships.
Float & Read
Unwind at our Float & Read Workshop! Absolutely no experience needed!
Slip into your comfiest loungewear, grab a book and wrap yourself in the soothing silk hammock and lose yourself in a book as you let the world fade away. Bring a blanket, neck pillow and reading light for the ultimate relaxation experience.
Hot tea, coffee and cocoa will be provided along with a few snacks.
We just ask that you don't eat or drink in the silks and if you listen to your books, make sure have headphones!
Cookie Swap & Photo Op
🎄 Ready for a dash of holiday cheer?
Slip into your most festive Aerial safe PJs or ugly sweater and join us for a 60 minute Aerial Holiday Shapes Photo Op! Then after you've cooled down, join the other members for a delicious cookie swap! Bring your favorite cookie recipe/sharable holiday dessert and leave with a medley of everyone's favorites!

Heels dance invites students to step into their power through exploring sensual movement. My classes emphasize that “sexy” looks and feels different to everyone. Students are given a safe space to explore their relationship with sensuality. Natasha’s classes have a strong foundation in heels technique for all levels - meeting dancers where they are at when they step into the studio. Students are welcome to wear heels, sneakers, socks, or come barefoot. Heels is so much more than what shoes you’re wearing. Heels is a feeling of empowerment and a form of resistance.

Aerial Yin Yoga with Sound Bath
Join Michelle for a special evening of Aerial Yin Yoga paired with Sound bath.
The silks will be lowered for this event as Michelle moves you through Yin poses supported by the fabric and held for 3 - 5 minutes, allowing for a deep stretch and myofascial release. The sound bath will bring in an additional layer of healing, relaxation and release. This event is included in your monthly unlimited memberships and is $22 for non studio members.
