Get ready to light up the night with our Aerial Glow Flow- All Levels Black Light Party! Join us for a 90-minute all levels aerial hammock class that will be equal parts fun and challenging. 

For the first 30 minutes of class we will work together to get all glowed up. The studio will provide some of the necessary supplies like body paint, glow sticks and temp tattoos. But be sure you wear your best aerial safe neon or white clothing to really stand out!  

Once everyone is all decked out, we'll begin with a warm up focused in both stretching and conditioning. Then students will spend the bulk of class learning some new skills, climbs, and drops. You'll have plenty of time to practice and master these skills. And finally, the last 30minutes of class are for you to express your creativity! Move your body, and feel the music as you sequence together the skills new and old to create a whole unique flow!
