  • This 4-week Foundational Aerial Yoga class series is the perfect way to try Aerial Yoga. Whether you are a complete beginners or looking to refresh your skills, this class series will teach you the basics of Aerial Yoga in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. This class class series moves in a sequential manner - starting with the most basic then moving into more challenging poses over the course of the four weeks. By the end of the course, you will understand safety precautions, inverting and climbing techniques, and many foundational Aerial Yoga postures.

  • This class will use the silk to assist you in getting into gentle deep stretches allowing you will become familiar with the feel and pressure of the silk on your body. Students often find that using the aerial hammock allows them to experience deeper stretches, increased balance and more joint mobility then you might find in a typical yoga class.

Most classes will offer the opportunity for an inversion and will end with an extended shavasana all wrapped up and gently swaying in your silk.

  • We will be moving the silks down close to the ground for this Aerial Yin Yoga class. Expect to hold poses for 3 - 5 minutes allowing you to target connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. No prior aerial experience needed for this all levels class.

  • Join us for the express or 45 min version of our traditional Aerial Conditioning course.

Spend the class working hard at mastering silk postures and developing the strength needed for awe-inspiring aerial tricks. Whether you're using the provided weights or your own body weight, this class is perfect for beginners ready to invert and take flight in a challenging yet supportive environment.

  • Beginners Aerial Dance is the perfect fit for you if you want to learn and perform a choreographed aerial dance. In beginners aerial dance the class focuses on stretching, strength, and beginning to sequence skills together! In this class we want you to focus on how your body wants to move rather than just getting from point A to Z. Feel the music!

Each class stands alone but the same sequence is repeated and built upon each week for 8 weeks. You can drop in at any time during those 8 weeks but routine attendance will make staying on track much easier!

  • This class is for those brand new to aerial or with limited experience. Whether you are a yogi looking to take your practice to the next level, literally, OR just intrigued by aerial arts!

Beginners Aerial Yoga introduces students to inversions, climbs and wraps while flowing through traditional mat yoga poses using the silks.  You will learn how to flow effortlessly, between moves and work at advancing your strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance. The silk allows you to sink deeper into stretches while strengthening your muscles to stabilize your body. Allow gravity to ease you into the silk and inverting which has numerous health benefits like increasing circulation and reducing pressure/compression on the neck/spine.

In Beginner Aerial Yoga you will find the teacher taking time to demonstrate inversions and challenging poses.

Each class ends with a shavasana all wrapped up and gently swaying in your silk.

This class is open to anyone! Whether you are familiar with aerial, or brand new!

  • In All Levels Aerial Dance you will be learning and performing a choreographed aerial dance. Each class stands alone but the same dance is often practiced over consecutive classes allowing you to become familiar with the routine.

Like other Aerial Dance classes you will start with stretching, conditioning and refine skills needed to flow with the music as you learn the choreography/sequencing.  All Levels Aerial Dance moves a bit faster than the beginner class and includes more challenging poses with modifications for those newer to the practice.

We will drill a lot of conditioning techniques and basic skills such as climbs, basic movements, and refine your technique while we condition and strengthen your form. The goal is endurance while moving your body to the music and making each skill flow together seamlessly.

  • For our all Levels Aerial Yoga we prefer you to have taken at least the Foundations to Aerial Course and/or THREE beginners class’s with us so you can keep up with the group. All Levels moves a bit faster than the beginner class. Inversions will be held longer and more options will be given for students to amplify the practice through challenging transitions and more advanced poses

These class will move faster than an Aerial Gentle Yoga Class and will include more inversions allowing you to experience the benefits of being upside-down (increased circulation & increased immunity) without compressing the neck and spine.

Like other Aerial Yoga classes you will start with stretching, conditioning and refine skills needed to reach the peak pose. The peak pose will be modifiable for any level from beginners to seasoned professionals.

We will drill a lot of conditioning techniques and basic skills such as climbs, basic movements, and refine your technique while we condition and strengthen your form. Sequences will also be taught in this class to work on endurance.
