Any bookings canceled within 72 hours of the event will result in a forfeit of any amounts paid without refund or credit.

  • Although we try our best to avoid it - classes, workshops and events may occasionally have to be canceled by the studio due to weather or problems with the studio space. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund or full credit.

  • To withdraw from a class you must do so THROUGH Groovio more than 4 hours before the class.

  • For safety reasons it is very important to arrive on time Once class has started the studio door may be locked and we have the right to deny you access and charge you a No Show Fee.

Late arrival disrupts aerial classes more than traditional yoga classes for the following reasons:

    • Teachers have to remain aware of all students at all times to make sure they are not in a potentially dangerous position or stuck in the silk. Your late arrival is a distraction.

    • When you arrive late the entire class could be disrupted in order to set up your silk at the proper height

    • You could miss a warm up increasing your chance of injury.

If you know you are going to be late please coordinate with the teacher ahead of time to see if your late arrival can be accommodated.

  • You will be required to remove or cover all jewelry that may snag the silks. If you can not remove or cover jewelry or clothing that may damage our silks they you will not be allowed to practice at our studio. This could include clothing with sharp clasps/closures or zippers.

Wear flexible fitted clothing.  Pants that cover the knees and shirts that cover the shoulders and armpits are best to help avoid silk burn.  Baggy pants tend to bunch up in the fabric, and baggy shirts tend to fall up overhead when in inversions (this isn’t always a big deal to everyone, but a lot of students find it distracting).

  • For safety reasons, in general, all adult group classes are for ages 14+.

We offer Tween classes for children aged 8 - 13

A parent or legal guardian will be required to sign a waiver for children younger than 18 years old
