YOUR GUIDE TO WELLNESS through movement
"Smile, breathe and go slowly” - Thich Nhat Hahn
Yoga happened to me in a career change. I was given the opportunity to change my future health and my concept of completeness. In this journey of self-recovery and survival, I inhaled this life changing practice, finding pure passion for Aerial yoga. As a female studio owner, I have created a second home for my heart, a place to share wellness and healing with the practice of inversion.
I am an earth grounded, straight shooting up lifter, that helps rebirth the lifestyles and spirits of my clients. My soul feels connected to water, the woods, and the moon. In these spaces I find beauty, natural wonders, power and spiritual connections.
My message is simple; begin to take care of yourself – everything else will follow. Your heart will soften, your hurts will heal, your voice will matter, and peace will happen.
I invite you to join me, come PLAY and PRACTICE at Aerial Moon.
Enjoy this beautiful spa like yoga experience, surrounded by health, fitness and community.
There is freedom waiting for you, on the breezes of the sky, and you ask "What if I fall? Oh but my darling, what if you fly?" - Erin Hansen
My teaching style is gentle, playful and introspective. I like my to classes embrace the interconnection of body, mind and breathe. Drawn to teach yoga by the sense of connection and gratitude I felt when beginning to practice with Jaine when she first opened Aerial moon. Aiming to share this with others, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Christina Alexa at Abysa Yoga Studio . Moving on to I have completed 200 hours of HoopYogini , 30 hour Aerial Yoga with Wild Roots and a 50 hour Yin training with Josh Summers. In the future I would like to offer sound bath healing and continue my education, working toward a 300 or 500 hour certification.
My classes offer a welcoming space to soften, to become present in the body and explore. The use of props is encouraged, support and modification are also offered to those experiencing limited mobility. My foremost goal is to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all - to meet you where you are- as you are. Classes Currently Teaching Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Om-Azing Tweens, HoopYogini, Balance Board Yoga, and much more.

My passion for yoga was ignited when I discovered aerial practice. Yoga at home has been part of my regular exercise routine for years. I always liked yoga, but it never really had any special meaning to me before I found aerial. The first time I attended an aerial class I was visiting my best friend in Florida. After practice, I spent the rest of the day marveling at how amazing the class was and how great I felt because of it. I knew I was hooked.
When I came back home to Southern NH I was thrilled to find that we have this beautiful studio right here in Nashua, Aerial Moon. I started attending classes as often as possible and soon began noticing the physical benefits. Most notably, I enjoyed a substantial reduction in back pain and muscle spasms that I would often get due to having scoliosis (a sideways curvature of the spine). I found that I needed the chiropractor less, and was able to cut back drastically on pain medications. Additionally, practicing aerial brought my mat practice to a whole new level, and I found a space in myself for, and curiosity about yoga that hadn't been there before.
When I found out that Aerial Moon would be hosting a teacher training, I knew I couldn’t miss the opportunity to learn more about the practice that I love so much. I received my certificate for Aerial Yoga Instructor from Wild Roots Yoga in October of 2018. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to share what I have learned and to share this passion for aerial yoga. I very much hope that you will join me soon for an amazing experience practicing together!
My yoga journey started when I was in college. Yoga helped me find strength and tranquility when I was dealing with personal and relationship issues. Over the years, I have called on yoga many times in my life when I needed support and peace.
Last year I enrolled in the 200 hour teacher training program through the YogaLife Institute of NH in Exeter and received my teaching certificate as well as additional certifications in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra through the Yoga Alliance of NH.
My thirst for knowledge and passion for reading have helped me find an endless supply of yogic knowledge and texts. I'd be happy to suggest a good book or discuss information I have found in the ancient yoga texts. Moonology is another of my passions and I am always available to discuss it or give moon card readings.
