    Stefanie M Gable

    Owner- Aerial YTT

I’m Stefanie, a Registered Nurse that planted my gypsy/travel nurse roots back in New England in 2023. I am always on the go looking for new and fun activities especially traveling and anything outdoorsy. In late 2022 while across the country, my life came to a grinding halt when my genetic condition ‘Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (h-EDS)’ knocked me on my back. By 2024 I had become completely deconditioned and was seeking a safe but fun way to reclaim my body.

So I googled local aerial studios and dove head first into the various types of classes offered at Aerial Moon. From low flow and stretching to conditioning and dance I loved the mobility, flexibility and strength aerial yoga gave me back. I loved it so much I wanted to learn how to teach others how to do the same! Then in 2025 when the opportunity came up to take over the studio I knew I couldn’t pass it up. I love being a part of this amazing community as a member, instructor and now owner. I am so excited to continue sharing my joy and love of aerial arts!

Lila "Bean" & Luna Amada Gable

Hello there! We are Lila (4) and Luna (1). We are both rescue doggos that came from not so nice places before. But then this crazy lady who calls herself mom kidnapped us to her house. But, it’s a pretty cushy life with good food, comfy beds, and cozy sweaters. Lila is a fully trained service dog for her mom and Luna is still in training.

We love everyone we meet and give the best kissed. But my mom said not everyone wants to have our fur all over them or sneezes in their face. Crazy right?

We both love attention and belly rubs so if you like doggos you’ve come to the right spot!

During your classes we will be in puppy jail behind the desk, but if you need some snuggles come on over!

  • Jennifer Mason

Description After years of pounding the pavement as an avid runner, injuries led me to seek a different kind of physical challenge. I found it in aerial arts and quickly fell in love with aerial hammock, which opened the door to lyra and trapeze. Along the way, I discovered a passion for building strength, confidence, and resilience in the air. Earning my Aerial Teacher Certification (ATC) allowed me to safely share that passion with my youngest students (my littles) and help them discover the joy of aerial for themselves

An enthusiastic aerial arts instructor with a love for movement, adventure, and continuous growth. When I'm not guiding students through the art of aerial, you'll find me exploring the outdoors through hiking/camping, curled up with a good book and spending quality time with my family. I believe in building strength, confidence, and resilience—both on and off the silks—and love inspiring others to discover what they're capable of while finding joy in the journey.goes here

Dental hygienist by day. Aerialist by night.

Turns out all I needed to exercise was to pretend I joined the circus.

Kate has been practicing aerial for around 4 years now. She completed her 40 hr ATC July 2026 and will be subbing and teaching kids classes!

    Michaela Gimas

    Aerial YTT

Michaela was introduced to mat yoga through her high school and college sports but did not adopt a regular practice until 2020 when the pandemic forced her to find ways to be active at home. She uncovered a true love for yoga and in 2023 found herself trying her first class at Aerial Moon after she saw her cousin in the silks on social media. This quickly became a new love and her primary practice, attempting all classes and gravitating towards aerial dance and conditioning. Michaela completed her Aerial Teaching training in 2025.

Outside of the studio Michaela is also very active, running and weightlifting with mat yoga for recovery. She is an engineer during the day but has a real passion for teaching which led her down the yoga teacher path, and she is currently on her way to getting an E-200 YTT for mat yoga! When she isn't moving her body, she enjoys reading, baking, or scrapbooking.
