Beginner Friendly Classes

  • This 4-week Foundational Aerial Yoga class series is the perfect way to try Aerial Yoga. Whether you are a complete beginners or looking to refresh your skills, this class series will teach you the basics of Aerial Yoga in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. This class class series moves in a sequential manner - starting with the most basic then moving into more challenging poses over the course of the four weeks. By the end of the course, you will understand safety precautions, inverting and climbing techniques, and many foundational Aerial Yoga postures.

  • This class has been designed to help our foundations students continue checking of their skills! You will build upon your series knowledge and master new moves each week. This class is also great for those brand new to aerial as we will revisit foundation skills in order to continue building upon those skills!

  • Interested in trying split silks or need a refresher? This class teaches the basics of silk theory, need to know terminology, how to warm up properly, creating knots, locks, wraps and learning how to climb the silk! This is a slow paced, supportive environment, where you will take turns on the silks shared with classmates.

  • We will be moving the silks down close to the ground for this Aerial Yin Yoga class. Expect to hold poses for 3 - 5 minutes allowing you to target connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. No prior aerial experience needed for this all levels class.

  • This class will use the silk to assist you in getting into gentle deep stretches allowing you will become familiar with the feel and pressure of the silk on your body. Students often find that using the aerial hammock allows them to experience deeper stretches, increased balance and more joint mobility then you might find in a typical yoga class.

Most classes will offer the opportunity for an inversion and will end with an extended shavasana all wrapped up and gently swaying in your silk.

  • This ballet inspired workout combines the small precise motion of Pilates/barre and the deep stretches and dynamic motions of aerial.

By combining these techniques we are able to target muscles needed for improved posture, core/pelvic floor strength, balance, agility, and spinal decompression. Each exercise will help tone, lengthen and strengthen muscles utilized in aerial/yoga to improve your practice. It is a low impact full body workout using the silks for stability, inversions for spinal decompression, Pilates ball, resistance bands, yoga blocks and light weights for muscle lengthening and toning. You'll leave feeling strong and exhilarated.

  • Start your morning right and join us for an express conditioning class. This 45 min boot camp style workout will challenge every muscle while also focusing on mobility and flexibility! You will be using yoga blocks, weights, bands, floor slides and your body weight.
