Ambient aerial is a unique type of performance where you move slowly through pretty shapes and positions doing your best to look like a human ornament. 

In this workshop, we will work through sequences that provide a restful place to play with shapes, as well as perfecting technique and maintaining spin. 

All levels welcome, but you should have taken at least 3 classes in your apparatus of choice.
