Join Kate Wednesday's at 5:15 pm for our 4 Week Tweens ALL LEVEL Sling Series! 

No prior experience required, however, child must be physically capable of standing, jumping, bending running, hanging from their grip and able to follow multi-step instructions! If your tween is brand new to aerial or a returning student still getting comfortable with the climbs this series will be sure to be equal parts fun and challenging! 

The tween series is for students ages 8 – 12 running for FOUR consecutive Wednesday at 5:15p starting Dec 2 (no class Dec 23, last class Dec 30). Students will learn silk theory, tricks, flips and drops, on the aerial sling! (*see description below*). As always, this series is sequential and information is built upon each week.

*Aerial Apparatus: Aerial sling (hammock rigged to one swivel point, spins) is a silk hammock that hangs from a rigging point with 360 spin. Most of the skills require the ability to hang from the hips, and thighs which can be very sensational (uncomfortable, not painful) so preparing your child is crucial! Sling will help build your tweens strength, mobility, flexibility, endurance and confidence, all while having fun. Plus, they will meet new friends and leave tired but accomplished and exhilarated! 

*Spinning is entirely optional and your tween will control how much and how fast they rotate!
