Join us for a restorative and uplifting sound bath experience that will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated. Float in a state of meditative tranquility, cradled in the gentle embrace of a silk aerial yoga hammock.

The session will begin with a guided meditation to ease the body and mind into a state of relaxation, helping you to feel comfortable and supported in the present moment.

The session will transform into a pure sound immersion guided by the healing vibration of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes to deepen the journey inward.

What to Bring:

-It is recommended to dress in warm layers, as the body cools down during stillness.

Important Notes:

-Anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

-Sage and incense will be used during the session.

About the Practitioner:

Daniel O'Dowd is a sound bath practitioner and has been certified as a Vibrational Meditation Practitioner since July 2025. He founded his company, Sound of the Soul, in January 2025 and is dedicated to practicing sound healing to help people find inner peace and a deeper connection with their soul.
