This 4-week Foundational Aerial Yoga class series is the perfect way to try Aerial Yoga. Whether you are a complete beginners or looking to refresh your skills, this class series will teach you the basics of Aerial Yoga in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. This class class series moves in a sequential manner - starting with the most basic then moving into more challenging poses over the course of the four weeks. By the end of the course, you will understand safety precautions, inverting and climbing techniques, and many foundational Aerial Yoga postures.
Anyone who is enrolled in the Foundations course will receive a complimentary unlimited monthly membership during the foundations month/in tandem. The pass can be used for any beginner friendly classes at the studio. You will also receive a 10% discount off the first month of any auto-pay memberships.
