200 hr Yoga Teacher Training

We are so excited to be offering another 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training with our very own Catherine Cloutier.

Experiencing yoga teacher training is often a journey of self exploration and spiritual growth and calls to many of us when we are in a time of personal transformation. This hatha/vinyasa focused training will explore asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, ayurveda teaching methodology, intelligent sequencing, and the business of yoga. You will graduate from this program with a deeper yoga practice and all the tools you need to confidently begin your yoga teaching career.

SCHEDULE

Please be sure that you are available for the following dates. It is important that you are present with your class for all of the training.

9 Monthly training weekends

SATURDAY 8:30AM - 5 PM & SUNDAY 8:30 AM - 4 PM

  • SEPTEMBER 21ST & 22ND

  • OCTOBER 19TH & 20TH

  • NOVEMBER 16TH & 17TH

  • DECEMBER 14TH & 15TH

  • JANUARY 11TH & 12TH

  • FEBRUARY 8TH & 9TH

  • MARCH 8TH & 9TH

  • APRIL 5TH & 6TH

  • MAY 10TH & 11TH

Additional Monthly requirements

  • Attend at least 4 yoga classes outside of training and document observations

  • 1 -2 hours or written homework

  • Maintain daily asana and meditation practice

Makeup

We ask that you do everything possible to make all of the scheduled sessions. If you do need to miss a training session we will be as flexible as possible to accommodate a makeup session as follows:

  • Miss one full day: $100-$150 for a 2-3 hour makeup session

  • Miss one full weekend: $250 for a 5 hour makeup session

Snow days: We intend to hold in person training in all weather conditions. Online with cameras on will be considered depending on the severity of the weather.

APPLICATION

We will be limiting this training to 10 people and want to make sure that you are qualified and will be able to fully participate in the program prior to accepting any payment. Applications will be reviewed in the order that they are received.

INFORMATION SESSIONS

We will be holding two free information sessions starting with a 45 minute yoga practice followed by time to discuss what you can expect out of our yoga teacher training.

PRICING

Non-Refundable Deposit to Secure Spot of $500, due at time of enrollment.

EARLY BIRD PRICING - $2,700

$2,700, less deposit. Full amount due by July 15th, 2024 to receive early bird pricing

REGULAR PRICING - $2,950

$2,950, less deposit, Full amount due by September 14th, 2024

You will be given payment options after your application is reviewed and accepted. A 3% credit card fee will be added to all credit card payments. There will be no fee for payments made with cash, check or through Venmo.
