Vibe Yoga Classes

  • This Yin inspired class is appropriate for beginners as well as practitioners of all levels and body types looking for a deep relaxing stretch. This class uses various props to get students into stretches that will be held for 1 - 3 minutes allowing both the muscles and ligaments to begin to release. Modifications and instruction will be offered to help each student access and benefit for the various yoga poses.

  • While most yoga classes focus primarily on asanas or poses, this class will focus on pranayama (breathwork), meditation, asana (yoga poses) and kriya (actions), focused on working with energy, balancing chakras and giving ourselves what we intuitively need to feel good.

    We will pull from a variety of yoga disciplines in this class. The poses, actions and breathing activities in this class can be modified to be accessible to most people no matter your fitness level or yoga experience.

  • This class is for all levels of practice and abilities. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of the class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

  • Also known as “Yoga of awareness” this deeply spiritual and healing practice includes repetitive movement, chanting, and meditation to help you to become more conscious of your physical and emotional energy. By working with the chakras or energy centers, Kundalini yoga can help you to eliminate limiting beliefs and feel more balanced. This practice is accessible to all levels of fitness and experience.

  • Power Vinyasa is a more intense version of our traditional vinyasa class. Vinyasa can be defined as connecting movement to breath and has an emphasis on motion, balance and intention. As in our traditional Vinyasa classes, students will detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind by moving through traditional yoga postures connected in a fluid and unique flow.

    In Power Vinyasa you will be challenged to deepen your physical practice with more advanced poses including binds, inversions and arm balances. This class will move quickly and it is recommended that students have experience with vinyasa yoga and strong sun salutations before attending.

  • Restorative yoga is a gentle "zero" flow series of various reclined poses held for 5-15 minutes to soothe the nervous system, restore energy, and balance the body. Props are used to support the body as it eases into relaxation. All levels welcome.

  • In a Vinyasa class students will detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind by moving through traditional yoga postures connected in a fluid and unique flow. Vinyasa can be defined as connecting movement to breath and has an emphasis on motion, balance and intention. This class is appropriate for all levels but It is recommended that students have some experience with yoga before attending.

  • This class combines Yoga and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to energize, burn, stretch, and tone for a full body workout. This class is structured with high-intensity, cardio-based flows that will get your heart pumping, your muscles working, and your mind/body activated. Expect to sweat through yoga burpees, mountain climbers, and more and slow down with breath in different yoga poses. You’ll leave this class feeling stronger, accomplished, and more limber.

  • In this 5 week beginners series we will teach you the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. You will learn the basics of posture alignment, breath work and meditation and by the end of the 5 weeks will feel confident stepping into any yoga class. This series includes unlimited yoga for all 5 weeks so you are able to explore different levels, styles and teachers. The Yoga 101 beginner series requires pre-registration.

Aerial Moon Classes

  • In Aerial yoga you will move through many familiar yoga poses utilizing a silk hammock. Taking yoga to the air allows for deeper stretching and strengthening as you work to stabilize your body while gravity eases you deeper into your stretches. You will find inversions in all Aerial yoga classes allowing you to experience the benefits of being upside-down (increased circulation & increased immunity) without compressing the neck and spine. Each class ends with a shavasana all wrapped up and gently swaying in your silk. It is recommended that you begin with a beginner or all levels class, or that you take the 4 week Foundations of Aerial series before moving to an intermediate or advanced Aerial Yoga class.

  • Anyone can be a dancer! Beginner Aerial Dance blends both aerial yoga and dance with a focus on stretching and strengthening, with a trick or two thrown in! You will learn postures and inversions in a carefree environment while conditioning your bodies to become stronger and more flexible. This class is designed for everyone and any BODY! It’s a perfect place to explore what we are capable of and you will leave with a sense of pride in what you can achieve!

    Intermediate Aerial Dance is a fun and empowering class that builds upon the postures and tricks learned in any Beginner Aerial class putting them into a choreographed dance. It is recommended that you begin with beginner or all levels classes, or that you take the 4 week Foundations of Aerial series before moving to an intermediate or advanced Aerial Dance class.

  • In this invigorating aerial conditioning class, we focus heavily on building strength. The class utilizes free-weights and consists of drills in the fabric designed specifically to strengthen for aerial flips and tricks. Inversions and stretches in the fabric are used as a rest in between exercises. This aerial class will help you get strong and stable, and leave you feeling empowered. It is recommended that you begin with beginner or all levels classes, or that you take the 4 week Foundations of Aerial series before moving to an Aerial Conditioning class.

  • This Aerial Gentle Yoga class will use the silks to assist you in getting into gentle deep stretches and is appropriate for all levels including beginners. We will end class with an extended meditation and shavasana in the silks.

    The silks will be kept at their standard higher setting for this class.

  • This is your time to play with different aerial skills and sequences. One of our Aerial Yoga teachers will be on hand to help you explore new poses during this fun and interactive Open Studio. Suitable for most students who are comfortable getting in and out of basic inversions, not recommended for beginners.

  • We will be moving the silks down close to the ground for this Aerial Yin Yoga class. Expect to hold poses for 3 - 5 minutes allowing you to target connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. No prior aerial experience needed for this all levels class.

  • This 4-week Foundational Aerial Yoga class series is the perfect way to try Aerial Yoga. Whether you are a complete beginners or looking to refresh your skills, this class series will teach you the basics of Aerial Yoga in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. This class class series moves in a sequential manner - starting with the most basic then moving into more challenging poses over the course of the four weeks. By the end of the course, you will understand safety precautions, inverting and climbing techniques, and many foundational Aerial Yoga postures.

  • In this Low Flow Aerial Yoga class the silks will be lowered close to the ground allowing you to use both the ground and the silks to find different stretches and yoga flows. This is calming class, incorporating some of your favorite aerial poses as well some deeper yoga stretches that are not always so accessible up in the air. Allow yourself to relax into postures and release your muscles and mind after a long day.

    This aerial practice is best for an advanced beginner or intermediate student who is comfortable moving in the hammock.
